Review Policy

Thank you for your interest in having your book reviewed and featured on this blog!

About the Blogger

My name is Portia and I started this blog in 2015. I am an aspiring writer and I love to write about books, movies and Disney. On my review index page, you can check out all the reviews that I have done so far.  I read mostly Young Adult (YA) and Middle Grade books so keep that in mind when you want to request a review from me.

About the Blog

I made this blog in August 2015. I try to blog at least three times a week.

Review Policy:

I would love to receive books to review from authors and publishers. Even though I am open for requests, I still have the right to decline your offer. If I don't respond after two weeks, it might be because I am busy or because the book is not my taste.  I will give my honest opinion regardless to what others might think. I post my reviews on other sites such as Goodreads.

When Will I Review?

There is no certain time when I will read and review your book. I will try and get it done within two -three weeks from when I accept to review your book.

Accepted Genres:

I only read Young Adult, New Adult and Middle Grade. If it is a fairytale retelling, has an aspect of  mythology, time travel, or is historical, I will most likely accept.

Accepted Formats:

My preferred format is a physical copy of the book-paperbacks, hardcovers or ARCs. However, I do accept e-books though it takes a little longer to review.

Request Form:

Please be sure to state the title of the book, author, a summary, genre and if possible include the link to the book on Goodreads or another place such as Barnes and Noble or Amazon.

Contact Me:

You can contact me via my email:

  1. Hopefully you'll still be blogging when I'm older, therefore you'll be able to review my books that I hope to be published!

  2. I would love to have you review my (low tech) sci-fi adventure/romance, The Brede Chronicles Book One. That is, if I can find my books after moving east across the US from California. Most of the books I send are print.

    1. Hey,

I would love to read and review your book and I do prefer print books.

  3. Annette, do you host cover reveals and giveaways? I have a new fantasy anthology coming out in October and we are currently holding a Rafflecopter giveaway for it (winner gets a free Kindle Fire tablet). Can I send you the info? Thanks for reading this!
